**In short:** A "debt collection case opened" SMS is fake if its link doesn't end in gov.tr, it rushes you with a deadline and it asks for payment via the link. A real payment order comes by official notice; check e-Devlet's enforcement file query yourself.

Government addresses end in gov.tr. This one ends in top. Sign 2: the time. It rushes you by saying pay by 17:00 today. Sign 3: the payment.
